Overview This website is operated by Faust. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Faust. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site or our services.

Products and pricing All products are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color and finish may occur due to screen settings and the nature of brushed and matte titanium surfaces. Measurements are taken manually and a tolerance of 1 to 3mm is normal. Prices are listed in euros and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Orders and payment We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed in our store.

Shipping Orders are processed within one to two business days. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs handling for international orders. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise. Details are available on our Shipping and Returns page.

Returns and refunds Returns are accepted within fourteen days of delivery under the conditions set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property All content on this site, including text, design, logos, product names, photography and graphics, is the property of Faust and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written permission.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law These terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
