If a frame is not right for you, you may return it within fourteen days of delivery.
Return conditions To be eligible for a return, the sunglasses must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original case and packaging with all included materials, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return Write to us at info@faustthebrand.com with your order number. We will confirm the details and send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns are sent to: The Tide, Qendra Toptani, 1023 Tiranë, Albania. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damages and issues Inspect your order when it arrives. If a frame is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at info@faustthebrand.com and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Warranty Every Faust frame is built from titanium to last. If you receive a piece with a manufacturing defect, reach out within thirty days of delivery and we will repair or replace it.
European Union 14 day cooling off period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within fourteen days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. The same return conditions above apply.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the frame you want is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund is issued automatically to your original payment method within ten business days. Banks and card providers may need additional time to post it. If more than fifteen business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info@faustthebrand.com.
