Shipping & Returns
We ship from Tirana, Albania. Orders are processed within one to two business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking so you can follow your frames to the door.
Shipping options
We offer two international shipping methods at checkout:
- Standard Shipping, 7 to 14 business days, 10 EUR. Tracked delivery via standard international courier. Suitable for most destinations.
- DHL Express, 1 to 3 business days, 30 EUR. Fast tracked delivery via DHL Express. Recommended for time-sensitive orders or remote destinations.
Delivery within Albania is free of charge. For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
If a frame is not right for you, you may return it within fourteen days of delivery. To be eligible, the sunglasses must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original case and packaging with all included materials.
To start a return, contact us at info@faustthebrand.com with your order number. We will guide you through the next steps. Returns are sent to: The Tide, Qendra Toptani, 1023 Tiranë, Albania. Once we receive and inspect the returned frames, your refund is issued to the original payment method within ten business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Warranty
Every Faust frame is built from titanium to last. If you receive a piece with a manufacturing defect, reach out within thirty days of delivery and we will repair or replace it.
