Shipping & Returns

We ship across Albania and internationally. Orders are processed within one to two business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking so you can follow your frames to the door.

Delivery times vary by destination. Within Albania, expect arrival within a few business days of dispatch. International timelines depend on the destination and any local customs handling.

Returns

If a frame is not right for you, you may return it within fourteen days of delivery. To be eligible, the sunglasses must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original case and packaging with all included materials.

To start a return, contact us at info@faustthebrand.com with your order number. We will guide you through the next steps. Once we receive and inspect the returned frames, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Warranty

Every Faust frame is built from titanium to last. If you receive a piece with a manufacturing defect, reach out within thirty days of delivery and we will repair or replace it.
